That's part of the point of a villainous team

>Leader: Sylus
>Basically cyber-terrorist-anarchists- aim to bring down the Gov't, end all Championship, acquire Legendaries and lock them up so nobody can use them, etc.
>Grunts use Golett, Beldum, Magnemite
>Admins use whatever they want, generally things like Gengar, Liepard, etc. that would cause mischief
>Leader uses Magnezone, Probopass, Rotom, PorygonZ, Metagross and Genesect

I could see them conflicting with another Villainous Team, since all the others(except Plasma, I guess) want to control things on a large scale.
