Even corpses are granted bodily autonomy. You cannot take organs from a corpse unless the person had consented to it while alive. Even if someone would die without receiving an organ, you can't take one from a goddamn dead person, let alone a live one.
If your attitude towards persevering the fetus at all costs is consistent, then you should have zero qualms about a person having a kidney forcefully taken from them in order to save the life of another person, right? Because that sounds pretty fucked-up to me.
