Well, i don't know how it is with pokemon, but with many birds, they lay eggs, even when not fertilized, those eggs won't hatch however, because they are the bird equivalent of a human's period.

Yes, it is possible that Darumaka is the only poke that actually poops, but that's not logical, if it was there would be some more focus on this because it's something that's strange about this one pokemon
You saying that is like saying none of the protagonists were actually born, they just came out of nowhere
It's possible, but so long as they've done nothing to support either possibility i prefer to side with the one that simply just makes more sense, even if i have to apply real-world logic, so long as (as i said) it doesn't oppose something we know for sure in-game.
