I'm surprised that there really isn't much "true" filler between Mega Luke Arc and Korrina Gym Battle, but another arc plus like 2 or 3 fillers, I was honestly expecting like 10 episodes of filler or something. As much as I didn't like the Korrina arc overall I hope they keep this sort of thing up, where we get a small arc and then a few episodes of filler and so on.

It was pretty clear the writers avoided doing much with Team Galactic in early DP because they correctly assumed there would be a third version of the game with an extended Galactic storyline full of stuff worth implementing, so they kept the Galactic plot to a minimum until they knew what that game was ging to do with them.
