I don't see that heavy steel ass staying airborne just by flapping its wings, and Eelektross is an eel that levitates, so it moves exactly like a levitating eel would. It's one of the best animations in the game actually.
What drives me up the fucking walls is when they just sit there and do nothing.
Think of Patrat and Watchog. They're supposed to be always vigilant, always on their toes, alert to everything that might happen. Patrat does so like a scout of sorts, while Watchog is more of a sentinel/overseer, and their sprites showed that. That's the theme they have going.
Now they just sit there. Idly. Staring at you, yes, but that's no different from any other pokemon you fight.
It's honestly sad when a fully animated 3d model has less personality than a static image.
