So, /vp./ I just hatched a Shiny Protean Froakie. The only issue appears to be that it's Jolly.

Anyway yeah physical Greninja isn't completely unheard of and hopefully it'll get some cool tutor moves. For now you have U-Turn, Night slash, Waterfall, Rock Slide, and that's pretty much it.

You can try a Priority Abuser with Shadow Sneak that also allows you to ignore the Fighting-Type attackers and then run with U-Turn.
Water Shuriken for multi-hit or Waterfall for damage, this said, you can ignore every Water and Dark attack to abuse Protean.
Shadow Sneak + Quick Attack gimmick is a lot of fun.

Jolly isn't exactly the best, but it's not bad either. As someone else said, oras will most likely bring it good moves. Once its out you can try:
Ice punch, knock off, shadow sneak, u turn/return. Physical sweeper evs, life orb.

If you want shiny timid protean froakie, let me know. Its hp poison though...

Water Shuriken is priority that has 60something% chance of having higher BP than Aqua Jest. U-Turn is obvious, Shadow Sneak is a nice touch too. Maybe consider some utility or cockblocking.

Or banding him, taking down Adamant Talons with WS before they act can be kinda cool
