This little clown is the one thing (well, including Phione) standing between me and a complete living dex. Of course, after buying one of the Ranger games, it appears the missions were only temporary wifi events that ended 3 years ago.

So is there any other moderately legitimate way to get one, or am I just SOL until GameFreak decided to make it available again in some other form?

I'm pretty sure in Pokemon Ranger if you do something like hold down R and the Left arrow on the D-Pad the mission unlocks itself.

Absolutely marvelous. While I add your friend code, any specific requests in return? Other than ability to breed pretty much anything, I have a few (likely) hacked legendaries I stumbled across... Shiny dogs, Shaymin, Celebi. Never had luck with shinies, or got into IVs.
