Espeon. It's been greatly improved this gen but I still wish the shiny wasn't green. Pure white with a Sky Blue gem would be amazing.

Shiny Charm question... If I were to transfer my living dex into Pokemon Bank and restart my game, how early in the game could I transfer them all back/get the shiny charm? Hopefully sooner rather than post-E4.

The idea is doing everything on an emulator, converting the save to work on a flashcart or simply using PokéSAV to add the shiny to an already existing save and then trading it with a real cart.

From there I should be able to tranfer them to newer games.

I don't think it would be considered 'legit' though. I mean, having one parent that's 6IV (like a ditto) to get IVs onto parents is one thing, but straight up making it so all you have to do is hatch lots of eggs is another. Depends on who you ask, I guess but don't let that stop you if that's what you wanna do.

RNG abuse doesn't actually alter the game code, and trading from a flashcart to a legit cart doesn't change the Pokémon's data either, so yes, it would be completely legal.
