88 HP/192 Atk/4 Def/224 Spe with Adamant. Outspeeds any Noivern at +1, a lot of bulky waters cant break the sub. Sub/EQ/Taunt/Bounce are all useable.

Never used one personally. But according to mah calcs adamant mega dos with 100 base speed is just enough to outspeed jolly garchomp after 1 dragon dance.

So I'd run adamant with 156 hp 252 attack and 100 speed with dragon dance, EQ, waterfall and ice fang.

If for some reason you decide to go jolly over adamant then 168 speed is what you need to out speed 130s
