Normal, Water, Grass and Bug are ones that are typically possible in any given game
Others, you'd have to do research a bit - XY is probably the only one where it's possible to do any type. And mayyyyyybe B2/W2.
That said, Grass and Bug Monotype runs are the most difficult and great for a challenge.
Fire is surprisingly fun and presents a moderate challenge.
Rock, Ghost and Steel are easy mode and frankly pretty boring, given the sheer amount of normal moves being used by the AI in any given game.
