I know we normally have bullshit RNG maison threads, but let's gloat for a second about the moments when RNG has been in our favor. I'll start:
>Be in a random 6v6 battle
>Opponent is obviously a step above the normal scum I encounter after I bring in Magic Bounce Espeon on his Smeargle and he UTurns
>Do mostly an adequate job of predicting each other until my Mega Gengar falls to his scarfed Gengar
>oshi, my win condition
>attempt to paralyze as much of his team as I can
>even manage paralyzing his gastrodon with force palm thanks to Rest Talk/Whirlwind Hariyama
>Last pokemon left, dragonite:vs 4 of his mons, 2 paralyzed, most of them weakened through phazing
>Begin TWave, Sub, Roost, Dragon Tail shenanigans
> Bright powder activated FIVE times, 4 of which where potentially game ending scenarios
>End battle with dragon tail KOing his last mon with 0 PP left
Probably the best and most glorious battle I've ever had. My team is decent, but admittedly, I made a lot of mistakes due to the opponent using uncommon movesets. When has RNG saved you guys?
