No need. It has /just/ enough power to bust through the frailer heavy offense mons of OU (slaps around UU, too), outspeeds Greninja by one point, has a movepool wide enough to only get walled by a couple things, and can put down substitute users no problem. Noivern is seriously fucking good. You just gotta give it the necessary support and play with a bit of sense, since it's not a OHKO button.
It also makes a good anti-stall mon with taunt/roost, but I feel like crobat and talonflame are better for that.

I had a wish Vaporeon on the team to keep it healthy from all that life orb recoil and switching (into rocks, usually).
Unless you're talking about fixing its design, but that's also pretty damn nice.
