You'd be fucking surprised with the things that went on older gens, with the Release of Emerald and the Battle Factory glitch that allowed you have better pokemon for free, or DPPt RNGing, pokesav, action replay, pokeedit or pokegen. The issue solved itself. They won't do more than just warn him to not use THAT specific Aegislash(and maybe add a double-check from the system; really nothing else is to be done after he passed the test with Aegislash again), and he already lost that Tourney.
