There's at least one Pseudo every gen. At least they've been getting less dominant in the last couple go-arounds.
I think they learned their lesson with both Pseudos and Dragon-types after unleashing Garchomp on the world.

All of the pseudos have decent bulk. the worst one is salamence with a still very respectable 90/80/80 spread, though technically goodra is worse at tanking physical hits, it can soak special attacks all week. Even then salamence is augmented with intimidate if that's your jive.
