Why can't there be a ghost type outrage? The type should really have a reliable move over 80 base power.

It'd probably be special seeing how most ghosts are specially oriented.
Chandelure would become the pinnacle in UU wallbreaking, gengar and aegi get banned.

Not if it was a Ghost-type version of Outrage, which is Physical. Thrash is a Normal-type version of it, and it's still Physical.

If it were special it'd not be a variation of Outrage, and there's no guarantee that either Gengar or Aegislash would get it. And after the massive buff Ghost got this Gen, I highly doubt they'd buff it even further.

Why do you assume those are the Ghost type pokemon that get it? Just because a move is made doesn't mean it gets 100% distribution, it might just be given to Jellicent and fucking Driftblim.
