But I was thinking about MegaSandslash the other day, how would they make him actually useful without making him Excadrill 2.0?
Keeping him pure Ground is pretty iffy when Ground/Steel is almost indisputably a better typing and Excadrill has the stats/ability/movepool to make good use of it.
Maybe go all-out defensive? But then Hippowdon outclasses it. I don't have ANY ideas.
How do we make Mega Sandslash viable? And while we're at it, Mega pic related? They've been two of my favorite Pokemon since I could fucking walk, and they've NEVER caught a break over six generations. I'm getting goddamn sick of waiting for my bros to shine.
