How do I git gud at Super Training?
I've managed to beat no problem every other cup; except for these fucking six.

I'm in need of two Dawn Stones and one Shiny Stone, but every single time, I get BTFO on each cup. Is it because the Pokémon I'm using is garbage? What am I doing wrong?

Get an offensively trained pokemon (Either 252 Atk/252 Spe or 252 SAtk/252 Spe). Type of shot varies from one pokemon to another as well. I will suggest a Charizard's.

i find that the mon's that shoot lots of low-point balls instead of charging high-point one's work well. i don't know the mechanics that well, but my starter venusaur has those ball types.

Just memorize the goal patterns and shoot in advance.

An hour, 9 hard stones, 15 soda pops and 27 stardusts later... I finally got what I needed. Jesus fuck. Fuck that roserade.
And now, I gotta git gud at battle maison to gather enough BP for a fucking Magmarizer... Any tips on that? Hah...

Use the ballon game at the Pokemon Global link. You can get stones, evolution items (not mega rocks) and stuff just for pokemiles.

I heard fear aron works great.

Also mons with changing types/attack type, like aeralite mega pinsir, and protean greninja, cause the AI can't into type switch.
