I'm going to be in DC the same weekend as the VGC worlds. Can anyone just go and watch or is there some admission procedure?

Anyone can be a Worlds spectator, they even have side events for 'em if they get bored of watching (they also have LCQs for the TCG, but I'm not sure if that applies to the VGC).
