When the hell is America getting this on 3DS VC. I want to play this portable but I hate using smartphone emulators. I need muh buttons.

Never, hell, they weren't even on VC for ambassadors.
They just spoofed the DS mode instead of having an actual emulator made specifically for it if I remember right.

Anyway, not him but the PSP is the best emulating device until i can do the same on vita (also i can plug my PSP and use it as a PC controller and it's fucking based)

The only time I had difficulty emulating Pokemon on my phone was Sky Pillar because of mach bike bullshit.

Virtual console can be pretty crappy sometimes. There's no local play for game boy games as far as I can tell. Meanwhile, game gear on VC does feature local play!
