Gale wings change is retarded.
Parental bond isn't so bad. Kahgeskhan would still be a turbofisting demon, with double PUP and respectable bulk.

What they really need to do is remove shadow tag gengar.

Kangaskhan would be a lot better if Parental Bond ignored any secondary effects on moves on the second hit, or in general.
Seismic Toss will need a nerf, too.

The only thing Parental Bond needs is to ignore Seismic Toss, that's it.
Everything else is fine as it is. If you have trouble dealing with M-Mom or Smogonbird, you're a piece of shit.

Worst case scenario, only variable moves are effected, and things like Counter and Seismic Toss are not.
Yes, Counter could theoretically return 4 times the damage the user received. Though that still wouldn't do squat to Blissey's Seismic Tossing, it would be an outright massacre for literally any other attack. Even Fake Out or Feint would result in the user being OHKOd by counter
