You probably will since Nintendo said that the pokemon bank (poke transport is straight to bank) will be compatible with all future games. You will obviously have to pay for the sub which is fairly cheap. I just hope they make it that you can send over items in some sort of bag

greeninja likes to be pet on its tongue and between eyes, charizard prefers chest, pangoro pretty much likes to be pet anywhere, vivillion prefers its wings to be pet. Pan/etc hates whenever the very top of its head is touched.
