I liked the swampy and autumn routes in gen 6.

Dendemille is pretty good. Anistar is also rather nice. And Snowbelle is a town of ice and snow. Snow towns are mandated to be cozy.

And fucking Village Bridge is probably the coziest place in all of Pokemon.

Sinnoh was ruined for me because you had to have every HM (Barring Defog) and use them one after the other. why should I have to smash, climb, and push rocks for ten minutes? Also, there are so many parts of the games that are "you need more badges" or "you need this item". for me, Sinnoh wasn't comfy. it was a test of how many tedious 'puzzles' I could solve, and how many hoops I could jump through.

Couriway Town, kind of. Would be better if it had unique music. I guess the berry tree farm if you like having an orchard.

The only things I really remember about playing Platinum were having to go through Mt. Coronet so many times, lots of snowy bullshit, and the Frontier.
