Jolteon has base 130 speed and 110 special attack. Whilst zebstrika has 100 attack, 80 special attack and 116 speed.
I find it funny that your gripe with espeon is that it's too good.
Umbreon can take low kicks all day long. It only weighs 27kg. Not that you'd leave it in against a fighting type.
again I agree but leafeon and adaptability eevee were amazing in the eevee friendly. Glaceon has a whopping 130 special attack giving it the strongest ice beam in the game tied with kyurem.
