In all seriousness, about 90% of this entire board should be technically banned because of the "Not having caught them all" Semi-rule.
Think about it.
Diancie, Covalion and Hoopa. Only about 5 people tops have them; while the rest doesn't, so, for all intents and purposes, most people haven't actually caught all Pokémon.
How's that, Mods? Can you actually ban an entire board? I mean, they ARE pretty much breaking the rules. You should do something about it, it's your damn job, after all.
