A few weeks back, I received a battle-ready Shiny 5IV Blissey. She's at level 98 and I'm not sure why the person didn't just level it up to 100.
>>20010769I used to do that before it got tiring. Now I only level up foreign Pokemon to add more Dex entries. Otherwise, I only retrade decent IV mon (3 is as low as I go) or relatively rare stuff that I already have. It's a decent system.
I also change the movesets a bit and hope that whatever I send back doesn't end up in that chain.
