To those who say RNG isn't cheating, how would you like to face Kaphotics in battle? He's capable of making B/W his puppet, auto-crit, quick claw always active, never miss, etc, all with RNG manipulation. This would be legal under the current TPCI rules for VGC, which endorse the use of RNG.
