Breloom is still OU with a 4x weakness to Talonflame. Mega Diancie has otherwise got a fantastic typing and will rek shit all over OU.
Mega-Gross will probably be OU. It wouldn't drop below UU on sheer power alone.

If you really must be spoonfed, the joke is that all the Pokemon with 4x weaknesses will be put in NU, just like Genesect, Talonflame, Garchomp, and Breloom were.
