So assuming the regions have some sort of governing body, which city from each region would be the capital city? I'd like some speculation for a mod I'm doing for Civ 5, and I thought it would make for some good discussion.

Kanto: Saffron City
Johto: Goldenrod City
Hoenn: Rustboro City/Mauville City
Sinnoh: Hearthome City
Unova: Castelia City
Kalos: Lumiose City
