I'm expecting all the teams to be roughly the same as they were in Emerald with maybe 1 post gen III mon added. Not counting things like Phoebe getting Dusknoir because she used Dusclops the first time, but she might get a Chandelure too or something. Post game they all get stuff similar to their PWT teams

They're going to add more pokemon to the regional dex, Froslass is pretty much confirmed if Dusknoir is.
They might put in Druddigon for Drake, since it's the first basic dragon-type with no evolutionary line. As for some more ice-types in the game to use, I'm guessing Sneasel and Snover just because they've been everywhere.
Phoebe could have used Shedinja, but chose not to. Maybe they'll give it to her this time around.
Sidney really needs a dark-type with a different typing from his other mons. Scrafty suits him well, if they put it in the dex, you know he'll have it.

What if Juan is the Gym Leader, and Wallace is said to be traveling, and when you beat the Elite Four the rematch replaces Steven with Wallace, and Steven gets a rematch where you can find him in Emerald?
