If you swapped out your starter for a Hoppip in Crystal on the first route, what would be the 5 other Pokemon you could add to your party to make the BST of your team as low as possible, but still get past the HM blocks to continue the story? Can't swap Pokemon out, you are only allowed to have 7 Pokemon in your Pokedex when you get to Red (Your 6 man team + unused starter)

I already figured out the weakest Pokemon you could grab to teach Cut and get past the Ilex Forest is a Sentret, so that's party member two. Any else interested in figuring out the rest with me?
