Hey /vp/ I finally got around to buying a 3DS XL and Pokemon Y and I have some questions, bare with me if these have gotten repetitive by now since I didn't look too much into the game beforehand (I wanted the experience to be surprising).

1. Why do some pokemon have their anime cries? So far the only ones I've come across that have them is Pikachu and Weedle. Are there more Pokemon that have them?

2. Is there a way to get Pinsir and its mega stone in Y?

3. Should I pick Charmander or Squirtle later on in the game, and is there a way to get both?

4. Is online play tolerable if I'm not into competitive play and EV training?

5. Can I trade from Soulsilver to Y?
