for real though, I love seeing autists care about shiny's. If you want a particular shiny, either gen it yourself, or ask someone else to gen it for you. Shiny's are not hard to obtain

I got a shiny Chimchar in Sacred Gold during a nuzlocke. The shiny rate isn't any higher, but I got one. Infernape is one of my favorite mons too.

hahahaha same thing happened to me when I was emulating Emerald last year.

It was a Nincada, and it evolved into shiny Ninjask AND shiny Shedinja. Just wish it happened on a real fucking playthrough though =/

I got three shinies on a moemon run > Zubat, Oddish and Shuppet

Oddish was actually quite usable (Modest with most IVs above 20, the lowest being Def at 18) so I was somewhat butthurt.

I ended up genning them and somewhat copying their IVs to the best of my knowledge and making them as legal as possible.

They passed bank, so I'm happy about that. As far as I'm concerned the world owes me these little guys.

no their "IVs" were straight 10s, with the exception for Attack.

Mind you these were the days where max "IVs" were 15

They did not.
Infact, female shinies with 7:1 gender ratio (eg starters) had a max attack IV of 1

Fucking Wailmer on an Emerald rom. Only wild shiny I'd ever found until that point.

The first three shinies i found where emulating Pokemon Gold.

First was on a nuzlocke run, a shiny growlithe just below ecruteak. But i had literally zero pokeballs in my bag.

The next was a for-fun playthrough on my phone, during the run up to X&Y. It was a shiny rattata, relatively early in the game. Didn't end up using it.

The third was a shiny poliwhirl in Mt. Silver on the same playthrough.

Since then I've found a shiny Durant, Nosepass (didnt catch) and Quagsire on Y. It seems after the majority of my life playing, all my shiny encounters have happened in a relatively short space of time.

It was a shiny snivy on my 7th soft reset to get a decent nature... to bad he's nature is naughty and has shitty ivs, but hey it's a shiny! I have then transferred him as a serperior to pokemon y. The emulator was desmume because at the time I didn't have a ds, but I got the wifi function on the emulator working and transferred this shiny and all my legendaries and dream world pokemons to y, the event arceus included.
