Multiply that time by 200 at least, more when you need to test slightly different sets on the same Pokemon.
I have shit to tend to in life. It's difficult to get seriously into pokemon when you work full time and go to college (not to mention, spend free time on other games/with friends/other activites). Pokegen allows me to have my cake and eat it too.
If you don't like it, don't use it, but your moralfagging isn't going to stop me.
