almost any mon gets better with speed though, thats a given

fairy gives it neutral to fighting so it doesn't gibbed by mach punch and gives it stab neutral coverage for everything except fairy/steel

If Game Freak really gave a shit about balance, how many Pokemon do you think we could get in OU at most?

Realistically, I can't imagine more than 100 Pokemon ever being balanced at one time.

I used masquerain recently on an OU rain dance team for sticky web + rain. The team was pretty successful but masquerain is a complete piece of shit and can't do anything to anyone. It needs another evolution and that evolution needs a mega evolution and then maybe a retyping will help it
