Smogon might send Aegislash to Ubers.
Their argument is that it's powerful and unpredictable, it's pushing every other Ghost out of OU, and with King's Shield and two skilled players, who predicts correctly comes down to a coin flip. It's not as clear-cut as Deoxys, though.
