Honestly, I'd be pretty much fine if they just returned plat/HGSS/BW2 moves and expanded them to Gen 6 Pokemon. Pretty much everything that I have that needs moves falls into either the elemental punches, knock off or SR.

That said, I would kill for gear shift and quiver dance distributed to weak Pokemon that could get use out of them.

Best set by far is knock off/bullet punch/roost/swords dance, at least assuming you're using mega scizor. And if you're just using regular old CB scizor, u-turn is an exponentially better bug move for it.

Anyone else hoping for brand-new moves in ORAS? Primal Groudon and Kyogre are seen using attacks that don't exist in X and Y, so there's a chance that we'll get a few new moves in the middle of Gen VI.
Dragon didn't get any new moves in X and Y, while all of the new Rock, Psychic, Flying, Steel, Water, Fire, and Dark moves are Signature Moves.

Crawdaunt is a lobster/crayfish, thankyouverymuch.
Japan calls them Dragon Shrimp.
Similar logic applies for Whiscash.
And many more Pokemon learn Dragon Claw than Dragon Dance. I'd be game for DD Pangoro if fellow Dragon Claw mammal Chesnaught is also invited to the ball.

Even with Superpower it is completly mudada.

Seriously, I genned one with perfect stats, Superpower and Contrary and, despite being 30 levels above Calem's Pokemon, it kept dying like a little bitch.

Spinda wouldn't be so bad if it could actually use Superpower with Baton Pass and Rapid Spin.

It's like Delibird - it's stats are a joke, but it has a tiny niche in Gen 6 thanks to Spikes, Rapid Spin, Hustle and Destiny Bond.

That's the best new move that I'm expecting to become an ORAS tutor. And Powder and Parting Shot are currently Signature Moves, while Nuzzle is for electric rodents only. I doubt they'll be teachable to anything else.

Delphox already has Grass Knot (or Power Herb Solarbeam) which is very handy coverage.

If it got Aura Sphere or at least Focus Blast it wouldn't need anything more, near perfect coverage.
