if you're having someone else shinify it, then no.

If you're the one using the powersave...probably? I'm sure there are some game breaking glitches you can do with a powersave...but shinifying/cloning/item spawning are all safe

You do the spawning code with the Master Balls. After a couple of times you'll eventually get whatever you're spawning with its hidden ability. All I know is that the ability you get with the hacked pokemon is random so I don't know the probability.
