The issue is that her overworld model in ORAS looks exactly like the one in XY, meaning instead of updating her design from RS, they'll just copy-paste her art from XY into ORAS.

I remember a very similar incident back when HGSS was about to come out where a demo featured the DPPt Psychics and everybody assumed that shared trainer classes would have the same designs. The retail version of HGSS had new designs for everybody and it turns out that the Psychics in the demo were just placeholders.
