Ice Beam with Thunderbolt covers literally everything, so I
as a Porygon 2 user would recommend giving that to your PZ over Signal Beam.
With that however, Greninja won't have much going for it in terms of comparable versatility. Unless he's your bro, I'd consider tossing him for a pokemon that has some type of ghost attack, or something with a fairy type ability for dragons, or something with steel typing for greater coverage. If you must keep him however, give shadow ball to PZ in place of signal beam. Normal/Ghost covers everything.
Aside from that, best I can recommend is to get move coverage in your moves, and invest more in Pokemon that play a specific role for your team, whether it be walling, sweeping, setting taps, etc.
Also, a good tip for building a team: A method to maximize coverage is to choose a base Pokemon, or an MVP that you're sure you want in your team, then choose a Pokemon who's type has good coverage for said Pokemon, then so forth and so forth.
