There was one unfortunate soul who reset thousands of times for a shiny Ho-oh and when he got it it had bad stats and was Adamant.

I dropped Pokemon between Gen 3 and 4 and as a result I didn't get Pokemon Diamond until 2008.

I bought it used at Gamestation, it already had a save file on it with loads of shinies, one of them was Ho-oh.

Despite its golden glory I had to delete it so I could start a new game and enter the disappointment that was Gen IV.

I really don't have the patience for soft resetting or breeding, all of my own shinies have been accidental/lucky.

I've had no luck with the Diancie thing, so I started up'ing Japanese Ditto onto the GTS asking for lesser legendaries like Articuno and Moltres and Heatran, got pretty much everything I've asked for so far, including Zekrom. Only one I haven't got yet is Jirachi.

I've hit a snag in my path of destruction.
I've been getting trade requests, but now it's smartasses who want to show off their Diancie or hit cancel at every trade. I ended up trading my Hawlucha for a Furfrou in one trade because Shiny Dandy design is too Dandy to not have.

I fucking hate it when they take down their Shinies and try offering shitmons, sometimes I can't tell if they're doing it to be Jews or if they're wise to the ruse.
If there's one good thing to come out of this, not counting what I do receive, it's that the kids who get pissed at my ruse come at me full force with their team of full legends, which my team eats for breakfast, showing I'm not totally retarded at battling.

Or at least, that's what I've been told. I haven't done any scamming or jewing in X and Y because I named my character after a legendary hero.
