Nah, seriously though, this thing's actually kinda badass. I can think of a few reasons now to use it though; it's kinda squishy, hard to switch in, and vulnerable to lots of priority. It also has limited opportunities to Swords Dance, so that's kinda moot.

Trust me I used this thing to death in BW OU. Holding Focus Sash, its Pursuit, Ice Shard, Low Kick and Ice Punch made it an awesome revenge killer and a perfect assassin, and this was before the Knock Off buff. Stopped playing competitive after BW OU so I don't know it turned out.

Cause it has a lot of competition for a team slot I guess. Being able to OHKO things with 4x SE moves isn't that good, and it gets wrecked by a ton of priority moves and is not very hard to wall.

I personally don't use it because I utterly detest using things that are frail and can't switch in to attacks, or provide good defensive synergy.

give it u-turn and an ability that would let it switch-in more or kill things faster. Pressure/pickpocket are really shit, give it technician/moxie/tough claws. Or something to give it an immunity/switch in on SR (but magic guard and the current immunity abilities wouldn't make sense thematically). Also let it run icicle crash and knock-off on the same set but I think ORAS is fixing that.

Because it takes hits about as well as a wet paper bag. It gets OHKOed by most strong neutral attacks because of taking 25% from SR, and it's weak to several common priority moves.
