I was wondering how kids are faring with pokèmon nowadays. Beside ragequit, scamming etc, that is. Any of you has little brother/sisters or is a teacher or something? I'd love to have some insights on the new generation of fans.

The idea popped in my mind when looking at the type chart: it's pretty convoluted, I know some people here still mistake some weaknesses/resistances. It's also true that some of these mistakes are due to us starting with gen 1, so I'd be also cool to see how/if kids can manage to wrap their heads about this stuff now, having being exposed to different type combinations and whatnot.
