Running mixed will mean you will have to sacrifice a huge amount of EVs for a base stat 45, yes, 45, which wont do much good and will only hamper your Physical Capabilities or bulk. Not to mention this set has AV and Shed Skin, which means rest isn't available.
Why would you sacrifice so much to gain so little? Dark pulse is the same as crunch and inferior to knock off, but will be much weaker due to Scraftys terrible SAtk set, and won't hit anything more than the physical moves would. Focus Blast? Unreliable, no drain, still not as powerful as HJK or drain punch. Sludge bomb? Would hardly even dent florges.

And that means either no Phys investment or no bulk.
Mixed Scrafty is a big nono. Don't do it.
