Cartoon Network never airs new episode promos telling you what episode they're going to air each coming Saturday, so most kiddos are left in the dark and have no fucking idea what the next episode going to air is going to be about unless those kiddos are neckbeards that frequent these threads.
So no, I'd argue that it doesn't matter what episode airs, the ratings are determined by luck and how many kids decide to get up on Saturday morning on that particular morning. As evidence, a filler episode like this one got above a million, but then go and check the Grant gym battle episode, which got around 300k lower than this one.
