I work for Game Freak. There's actually a reason you choose your bike color. There is going to be a Latios/Latias event where the player is given a shiny Latios or Latias holding their respective mega stone. Shiny Latios is given to players who chose the green bike, and shiny Latias is given to players who chose the yellow bike. We made the bikes these colors because they match Latios and Latias' shiny colors. I hope you enjoy.
