What is a good moveset and item for Venomoth? I currently have mine with Sleep Powder, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, and Signal Beam. Holding a rocky helmet (I know).

Last slot is usually Baton Pass but you could stick Psychic in there or something if you don't want to Quiverpass for whatever strange reason.
You won't often find yourself needing anything other than Bug Buzz with Tinted Lens.
