The fact that it is a roguelike limits its audience from the start... But those of us who like it, tend to love it.

Gates is getting close to Sky in hours actually, because I am using Cinccino like a Pokedex to find out what I haven't recruited in that game. Paradise has been completed for a long time though, so I always use my lowest-leveled Pokemon to provide some strategic challenge.

Also, playing Oceans 11 with Kecleon is kinda fun.

They are easy enough with Pokemon that grow in stats fast. (Like evolved Pokemon) But if you are just a Mudkip and Pikachu team, you will have a hard time. (Compared to roguelikes like Crawl)

This music was so situational, it made the ascent in Glacier Palace feel really melancholic and intrepid.

I guess thats true, But really all you need to do is grind enough so things only do 1 damage/ generate some codes for golden seeds.

It may have been small, but the effect of you not coming back after the credits and your partner growing depressed really increased the effect of this ending for me quite a bit.

Yeah, that one is pretty good, but my favorite things from them aren't actually medleys.

Hapinano is actually part of a group that makes a ton of remix doujin albums (Full list here: http://vgmdb.net/org/281) Every once in a while, hapi⇒ (One of hapinano's aliases) takes a lot of the mixes from a particular doujin he worked on and mixes it together into a medley.

They do a lot of genres, including some pretty mellow remixes.

TheGuitahHeroe is really good, but his style went way off into Dubstep-land a while ago... While I don't mind Dubstep, it's too bad he doesn't do as much like above.
