It's not some newfag influx. It's simply economics. A resource once plentiful is now scarce which drives up demand which puts power into those who have and takes it away from those who have not creating a divide in the community along these lines.
In Gen 5 if someone made a thread saying "can I have a 6IV ditto" someone would have said "sure let me gen you one up." but now just look how you yourself are acting because it is a resource that is no longer plentiful.
