If she was a Fairy-type Gym Leader, it would probably consist of something like Clefairy, Marill, and Snubull.

Otherwise, she would have things like her Miltank, or a Teddiursa, or something.

Basically this, Her main is Miltank anyway.
Though she'd have to change the layout of her gym to something Normal type.

Cu Sith supposedly, they're more the old, demon-style Fae types of Fairies, who were more like Yokai.
Fairies only became sweet and twee sometime in the 18th century or so when French artists painted them as butterfly-cherubs instead of goblins.

Gen 2 was a sequel. It wasn't supposed to showcase new mons. Thats whay Falkner, Morty, Bugsy, and Chuck had gen1 pokemon.

Nah, she'd have still been Normal type. Miltank too much her signature mon for her to be a Fairy gym leader. Clefairy would likely have been replaced with Jigglypuff or something similar, but I would have been all for Stantler or Furret.

Plot was something to do with Johto wanting to secede from Kanto and have its own independant league. Central conflict would be between those who support and those who reject the notion. The New League is the result of that.

I actually don't think so. Whitney only got "into Pokemon cause everyone else was into it", she seems to be relatively new to the whole thing.

That's why I thought it was fitting she used Normal. Normal isn't a specialized type the same way the rest of the types are, it's just kind of your generic type which fits for someone like her.

Sounds interesting but as a hypothetical hack why stick to just the Gen I/II mons and why not load them all up with 6 Pokémon?
