this happens all the time, passers by are so chill.
I'll set mine to "breeding for shiny lotad!" and have perpetual hatch 3 waiting for me from strangers
just be a bro and throw them an o-power back. I usually give hatch or prize money back

To be fair, it takes something like 5 minutes to recharge the same amount the level three hatching power takes up, and it only lasts three minutes, so if you're at it a while then you will have some downtime.
